admitted all the causes of action pleaded in the Re-amended Particulars of Claim. There was subsequently a statement in open court when Sienna Miller’s claim was settled. The upshot in legal terms is that NI thereby admitted those facts which were both necessary and sufficient to found each individual cause of action set out in the pleadings.
